Heat is no obstacle: MIA bomb squad continues to clear de-occupied territories. Photo

Explosives experts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs continue to work in the territories liberated from Russian occupants. Even the merciless heat did not interfere with their work.
The sappers showed the deadly shells they collect on a daily basis in the de-occupied territories. The footage of the demining work was published on the official Telegram channel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
"Despite the merciless heat, explosive experts continue to demine the de-occupied territories. Such "harvests" of deadly ammunition are collected daily by Vinnytsia police sappers," the statement reads.
At the same time, the police admit that the scale of the mined areas left behind by the occupiers is truly impressive.
Earlier it was reported that Ukrainian sappers began to use new tactics for demining. They are launching drones with thermal imagers to track where the occupiers have scattered mines.
As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, about 200,000 square kilometres of territory in Ukraine are currently mined. It will take decades to clear them of mines.
