Bratchuk: Russia deploys additional troops to the left bank of the Kherson region, the enemy is trying to penetrate the rear of the AFU

The Russian terrorist army is trying to capture the positions of the Ukrainian military on the left bank of the Kherson region. To do this, the enemy is deploying troops there.

In particular, the invaders are trying to penetrate the rear of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and drive Ukrainian defenders from the left bank. Serhii Bratchuk, a spokesman for the Ukrainian volunteer army "South", said this during the TV marathon.

According to him, Russian troops are trying to deploy new units to the left bank of the Kherson region. This is causing even more damage to the civilian population. This is due to the intensification of filtration measures on the left bank.

"Currently, the enemy is trying to maximize the defense on the left bank of the Dnipro, of course, new units are appearing, and filtration measures are being taken to provide them with housing. The goal is to identify the Ukrainian underground, people who remain Ukrainians in such conditions and try to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine. These measures are carried out very brutally," Bratchuk said.

He also noted that the Russian army is trying to send small airborne groups to the rear of Ukrainian defenders. The enemy penetrates the positions of Ukrainian troops on armored vehicles but does not achieve the desired result and suffers losses.

"The enemy tries to change tactics almost every day, enemy artillery and aviation are very active. The enemy has been trying to send small groups of troops using vehicles to the rear of our units but they fail. After artillery pressure, the vehicles and the troops are destroyed. Officer assault groups have also appeared. Russian officers who have somehow misbehaved are sent there," Bratchuk said.

Earlier, it was reported that in order to hold their positions and further advance on the left bank of the Kherson region, the Ukrainian Defense Forces needed resources and well-established logistics to supply them to the front. Modern Western F-16 fighters would help our soldiers not only in the Kherson region but also in other areas.

As a reminder, the Russian occupiers have resorted to changing their defense tactics on the left bank of the Kherson region, where Ukrainian soldiers are holding a bridgehead near Krynky. The invaders have intensified artillery attacks on the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces and are conducting air strikes.
