In the evening of the same day, the Donetsk regional military administration said that Russia killed 11 civilians, including five children. The Office of the Prosecutor General and the State Emergency Service were more cautious with their estimates and, before the dead child was found, recognized the death of one woman in Pokrovsk. The rest of the people who were in the destroyed houses are still being searched for, but not confirmed dead until their bodies are found.
According to Vadym Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk regional military administration, 134 private houses and 15 multi-storey buildings were damaged in Pokrovsk, and 80 houses, a paramedic and obstetric station and an administrative building were damaged in Rivne.
