On Wednesday, May 1, a Kh-59 air-launched cruise missile was shot down over Mykolaiv region. The missile fragments damaged the region's transportation infrastructure.

Fortunately, no one was injured as a result of the enemy strikes. Vitaliy Kim, the head of Mykolaiv regional military administration, reported on the consequences of enemy shelling over the past day.

Also in Mykolaiv district, at 16:54 on Wednesday, an artillery attack took place in the waters of the Ochakiv community. According to the authorities, there were no casualties or injuries.

Earlier it was reported that the enemy is increasingly launching Kh-59 missiles and their modernized version Kh-69 at Ukraine. Most likely, according to the spokesman for the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ilya Yevlash, the strikes on our country with these weapons will continue.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, the Russian occupiers attacked Odesa on Wednesday evening, May 1, using ballistic missiles. Explosions were heard in the city. At least 14 people have been reported injured as a result of the enemy shelling.
