The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed $1.8 million worth of Russian occupants' equipment in the Bakhmut sector. The company of the Achilles Air Assault Vehicle of the 92nd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Ataman Ivan Sirko managed to do this.
This was announced by the Commander of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi. He also published a corresponding video.
"The company of the Achilles attack aircraft of the 92nd Separate Mechanized Brigade is destroying Russians in the Bakhmut sector," the statement reads.
"In particular, thanks to the coordinated work of our defenders, SAU 2s1 Gvozdika and SAU 2s9 Nona-S were destroyed.
In addition, the FPV kamikazes hit 4 dugouts with Russian invaders' personnel.
It is noted that the total cost of the destroyed enemy equipment is $1.8 million.
As a reminder, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have shot down a Russian Mi-8 helicopter. The work was carried out by the military of the 25th separate airborne brigade.
In addition, it was reported that in the Tavriya sector, the Ukrainian Armed Forces shot down a Su-25 aircraft and destroyed a Terminator infantry fighting vehicle and a Soncepyok tank. Brigadier General Oleksandr Tarnavsky, commander of the Tavria Air Assault Force, said this.
