Russian canoeist Alexey Koravoshkov complained that representatives of the Russian Federation were forbidden to even mention the name of the aggressor country during the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. The athlete, who participated in the competition in the so-called neutral status, noted that he was treated well at the tournament.

Koravoshkov said this in a commentary to the propaganda TV channel Match TV. The London 2012 bronze medalist, who was paired with Zakhar Petrov to take fourth place in the 500-meter doubles final, added that many athletes simply did not know which country he and his partner represented.
