KJF-2024: Israel studies Ukrainian technologies to destroy Iranian drones – the ambassador

Israel, which is also suffering from the Iranian attack drones, is studying Ukraine's experience in countering them. The country is interested in using the technologies developed by Ukraine.

This was stated by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Israel to Ukraine Michael Brodsky during the Fifth Kyiv Jewish Forum.

"The entire Israel’s history is very relevant from the point of view of Ukraine, and we can do a lot together to strengthen our states and take advantage of the experience that already exists not only in Israel but also in Ukraine. For example, the experience in countering the Iranian drones. Israel should study this experience, should use this experience (of Ukraine – ed.), and we are already doing this. As we are now also facing the same problem of Iranian drones," Brodsky said.

According to him, "certain technologies" appeared in Ukraine during the war, which Israel is already studying.

"Of course, I cannot disclose any details of this cooperation now. But such cooperation exists, and we will continue to cooperate because this will be useful for our countries," the ambassador added.

This year's Kyiv Jewish Forum, organized by the Jewish Confederation of Ukraine and The Jerusalem Post, is dedicated to the confrontation with the axis of evil of Russia, Iran and North Korea and the issue of eliminating the threat of rising anti-Semitism around the world.

The media partners of KJF-2024 are NV, Oboz.ua, RBC-Ukraine, Telegraf.ua, Inter.

Let’s recall that during the opening of the forum, JCU President and Vice President of the World Jewish Congress Boris Lozhkin emphasized that Ukrainians and Israelis have high hopes for the return of the U.S. administration that has previously demonstrated its determination to help both Ukraine and Israel.
