Ethnic minorities under the gun: British intelligence told how builders are recruited in Moscow for the war against Ukraine

Moscow has demanded that construction companies provide "volunteers" for the war against Ukraine. They have been threatened with the termination of contracts.
This was reported by the British intelligence. The Moscow city authorities have threatened construction firms with the termination of contracts if they fail to fulfill quotas and find "volunteers" among their employees to take part in the war against Ukraine.
One company was allegedly charged with finding 30 willing workers by the end of August.
Such arrangements are likely to primarily affect members of ethnic minorities from poorer regions of Russia, as they are numerous among those working in construction in the terrorist country's capital.
British intelligence believes that these measures are likely being carried out with the tacit approval of the mayor of Moscow, who has continued to try to minimize the impact of the war on wealthier Muscovites while still showing support for the war.
As a reminder, Russia faced a medical crisis in combat operations after losing an average of about 400 of its soldiers for 17 months. At the same time, up to 50% of deaths among the occupiers could have been prevented by proper first aid.
As OBOZREVATEL reported, losses of Russian occupation troops have increased significantly since the beginning of active counteroffensive actions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces - even according to the data that investigative journalists learn from open sources. The media noted that since June 2023, the aggressor country began to lose many more officers, especially senior ones.
