Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has cynically stated that he is not at war with the people of Ukraine but with the "Kyiv regime." According to him, the people in power in Kyiv allegedly commit daily crimes against their own people.

The dictator said this during his speech at the board of the Russian Defense Ministry. In particular, at this event, the war criminals also discussed the tasks of strengthening the defense capabilities and further development of the Armed Forces.

"Russia is not at war with the Ukrainian people, but with the neo-Nazi regime in Kyiv that seized power in 2014." The people in power in Ukraine commit crimes against their own people and against the Russian people every day," Putin said, adding that the troubles of both Russia and Ukraine began just after this bloody, unconstitutional coup d'état. According to him, it still matters today.

Earlier, Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets reported that in November, at least 165 civilians were killed and 887 injured in Ukraine due to Russian shelling. Of these, 8 children were killed and 57 were injured.

As a reminder, Putin said during a speech at the board of the Russian Defense Ministry that the West was allegedly"pushing Russia to the brink." He also noted that Moscow cannot leave such actions unanswered. The dictator also said that the Russian Federation would allegedly begin mass production of new Oreshnik missiles soon.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said that Russia is not against resuming negotiations with Ukraine. But, according to him, Kyiv needs to understand the entire situation today, taking into account the conditions of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
