Zelenskyy will meet not only with Trump: details of his visit to the United States have emerged

On February 28, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy will pay an official visit to the United States of America and meet with the country's leader Donald Trump. The day before, he said that he planned to ask his counterpart whether Washington's support for Kyiv would end and what Ukrainians could expect, as well as about the US-Russia talks on Ukraine.

At the same time, it is known that the Ukrainian leader will also hold several other meetings during this trip, including with American officials and the Ukrainian community. OBOZ.UA publishes a schedule of events in which the president will participate.

According to our sources, before visiting the White House, Zelenskyy will talk to US senators (in a hotel without the media).

The official ceremony of the meeting between the Ukrainian and American leaders will take place around 17:00 Kyiv time (10:45 local time) in the West Wing lobby of the White House. At the same time, a signing in the Book of Honor (Roosevelt Room) is scheduled.

At the beginning of the meeting, the presidents of Ukraine and the United States will make brief statements to the media. Later, they will hold talks in the Oval Office.

After a joint lunch, Zelenskyy and Trump will take part in a ceremony in the East Wing of the White House to sign a bilateral agreement establishing the terms and conditions of the Reconstruction Investment Fund.

The leaders will then meet with media representatives (around 19:00 Kyiv time): the US and Ukrainian presidents will make their statements and answer questions from journalists.

Afterward, Volodymyr Zelenskyy will speak at the Hudson Institute (22:00-23:00 Kyiv time, Q&A session). Finally, the President will visit the Ukrainian House and meet with representatives of the Ukrainian community.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, US President Donald Trump said he "can't believe" that he called Volodymyr Zelenskyy a "dictator." The American leader claims that he "could not say that."

After the loud statements, Trump began to assure that he respects the President of Ukraine and expects a "great meeting" with him on Friday, February 28.
