Zelenskyy spoke about who should be present at the negotiations for ending the war

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said which countries should participate in the negotiations to end the war. These are Ukraine and Russia because the latter is waging war against our country.

Zelenskyy said this on Friday, February 28, after a meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump. He noted that this is not a war between the United States and Russia, but Russia's war against Ukraine, so these are the parties that should sit down at the negotiating table.

Only then can the United States and Europe join them.

"The United States, as our largest partner, can join, and Europe should be there. This is very important. Europe understands that we are a line of defense for them," the guarantor said.

Zelenskyy emphasized that no one wants to stop the war the way Ukrainians want it. However, any negotiations should take place at a meeting between Russia and Ukraine.
