The US President's Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, has left for Europe on a working visit. He is to meet with allies and partners to discuss Ukraine and ending the war.

According to Kellogg, US President Donald Trump is committed to ending the war in Ukraine and restoring stability in Europe. He wrote about this on the social network X.

"I am traveling to Europe to meet with Allies and partners who are ready to work with America to achieve Trump's goal of ending the war in Ukraine and restoring stability in Europe. I look forward to productive meetings to move forward quickly," Kellogg said.

The US State Department has confirmed that Kellogg is traveling to Europe. He will visit Germany, Belgium, and Ukraine from February 13 to 22 to advance President Trump's goal of securing peace in Ukraine and protecting U.S. national security interests.

In addition, Kellogg will participate in the Munich Security Conference and visit NATO and EU headquarters in Brussels, where he will engage with allies and partners across Europe who stand ready to work with the United States to end Russia's war against Ukraine and restore stability to Europe.

In Ukraine, Kellogg will meet with government officials and citizens who have bravely fought the enemy for nearly three years.

"President Trump has made it clear that the fighting must end, and the United States stands ready to support a lasting solution," the statement said.

Trump's special envoy is determined to conduct tough diplomacy, which will be necessary to achieve the president's goal.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, representatives of the administration of US President Donald Trump are holding consultations with Kyiv on negotiations with Russia. According to international expert Oleksandr Kraiev, the plan of Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg will be relatively balanced – some of Ukraine's interests are taken into account, "but not all of them."

Kellogg also said that he would not present the peace plan at the Munich conference. According to him, it should be done by Donald Trump.
