The Kremlin said that Russia "is not considering the possibility of exchanging its territories and will not discuss it." At the same time, they again spoke of openness to peace talks.

This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov. According to him, the Ukrainian military operating in the border regions of the Russian Federation will be "expelled."

"Russia has never discussed and will not discuss the exchange of its territories, it is impossible," Peskov said.

He also said that Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin and Russia are "open to peace talks."

"This is a consistent position, and it is well known in the world," the war criminal's spokesman said.

Peskov also tried to justify Russia's aggressive policy, saying that Russia had allegedly "never posed a threat to NATO," and that the Alliance was approaching Russia's borders.

"Russia has never posed a threat to NATO, and the Alliance has been consistently approaching the borders of Russia," he said.

As a reminder, the day before, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine plans to exchange the territory of the Kursk region of the Russian Federation under its control for part of its territory in case of negotiations. It is not yet known what part of the Russian-occupied land Kyiv will ask for in return, but according to the head of state, there is no priority.

It has also become known that representatives of Ukraine's military and political leadership have already prepared for the announced visit of the American delegation to Kyiv. Accordingly, Ukraine is ready for talks with the US delegation.

At the same time, another combined attack by Russian troops on Ukraine shows that Russia does not want peace and is not preparing to end the war. Residential high-rise buildings, offices, and civilian infrastructure in Ukrainian cities have been damaged by Russian "Shaheds" and ballistic missiles, and there are casualties.
