An animal named Kodrutz got scared of many people

Austrian President Alexander Van der Bellen, who was on an official visit to Chisinau together with the President of Slovenia, was bitten by the dog of Moldovan President Maia Sandu.

The video was posted on Telegram. The animal, named Codrut, was frightened of many people.

"There are a lot of people there," said the dog's owner, Maia Sandu, calling the dog frightened.

The footage shows the delegation going down the stairs. Sandu then approaches her pet. The Austrian president wanted to pet the dog, but it bit his hand.

Sandu did not restrain the animal. It is worth noting that the dog was not aggressive.

At subsequent meetings with Parliament Speaker Ihor Grosu and Prime Minister Dorin Recean, Alexander Van der Bellen appeared with his arm bandaged.
