First of all, you should get rid of the habit of accumulating unnecessary things hoping you will need them someday.

According to experts, less clutter means more time for cleaning, because you're not running around the apartment collecting junk. By stopping the accumulation of unnecessary things that will only contribute to clutter, you will save time and money.

Instead of tackling the entire house at once, you should focus on one specific area. Don't focus on the little things, but work through the problem methodically and in an orderly fashion from the smallest details to the general ones. For example, in the living room, you find things that should be in the bedroom or kitchen - and it's important not to "play ping-pong" by running from place to place, but to put everything together in the living room and then take it to the right room. This method of cleaning is called the circle method.

And the best remedy for mold is hydrogen peroxide. Spray it on the fungal spores and leave it on for 3-5 minutes.
