Ingredients:
- minced chicken - 1 kg.
- onion - 1 pc.
- butter - 10 g.
- boiled rice - 300 g.
- salt, pepper - to taste.
- sour cream - 100 g. + 1 tsp. mustard
- hard cheese - 100 g.
- garlic - 1 clove.
- water - 100 g.
- bell pepper - optional.
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the onion, fry until golden brown.
2. Boil the rice until half cooked.
3. Mix the minced meat, onion, rice, salt and your favorite spices.
4. Form patties and place in a baking dish.
5. Put in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
6. Mix sour cream, mustard, grated cheese, garlic and water.
7. Pour the sauce over the cutlets, cover the baking dish with foil.
8. Put in the oven for another 20-25 minutes.
