"Blush nails are a Korean style that combines nail art and makeup," Jinsoon Choi, founder of Jinsoon Nails, told Popsugar. The manicure usually has a light neutral-colored base with a spot of scattered pink polish, or in some cases, real blush, to mimic the look of rosy cheeks.

How to achieve the desired effect

"The original trend is created by using a pink nude base and real blush or pink eyeshadow, which is lightly applied with a brush to the center of the nail and then fixed with another layer," says manicurist Dayanna Sapiens.
