Ukrainian defender Ilya Zabarnyi of Bournemouth made a stunning save in the 15th round of the English Premier League (EPL). The 21-year-old Ukrainian national team player scored in the away match against Crystal Palace.

Losing 0:1, Crystal Palace organized a dangerous attack, which was completed by Jordan Ayew. The 32-year-old Ghanaian national team leader received the ball near the Bournemouth penalty area and scored a powerful shot from 20 meters. The goalkeeper of the guests Johnstone parried the shot. The ball was then picked up by Odsonne Edouard who was going to equalize, but his shot in a spectacular rolling was interrupted by Zabarnyi.

The Bournemouth press service promptly reacted to the Ukrainian's save on Twitter, immediately writing, "That was great, Ilya Zabarnyi!".

Bournemouth subsequently posted a video of the moment, captioning it with the words "colossal block".

In the comments, the fans were impressed by the actions of our compatriot, flooding him with enthusiastic comments.

The match ended with a score of 2-0. In the 91st minute, Kieffer Moore doubled Bournemouth's lead. This victory was the third in the team's last four matches. Bournemouth is in 15th place in the standings with 16 points.

As OBOZ.UA reported, this is not the first time Zabarnyi has made a fantastic save. In July of this year, in a friendly match against Southampton, the Ukrainian footballer made the Southampton players grab their heads with his actions.
