Albina PanchenkoNews
Tours to Vietnam

A location where waterways permeate the entire country, shaping its landscape and the lifestyle of its inhabitants. People here do not like to sunbathe and prefer fair skin. They consume a lot of rice, and local money is made of plastic. Today we are going to tell you about the peculiarities of the Asian country. So where to go and what to see - read on.

Crazy House

Located in the city of Dalat. It was built in 1990 in a fairy-tale style. From the outside, the building resembles a huge tree. For the Vietnamese, the attraction seems too unconventional. However, it is precisely this originality that attracts tourists, who, by the way, can stay here overnight.

Halong Bay

Halong Bay is located in the Gulf of Tonkin in the South China Sea. It is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The attraction has more than 2 thousand islands.

Here travelers can go kayaking and take a boat trip. We advise you to go to the acoustic grotto, where you can hear unusual sounds in strong winds. And inside the stone pillars you will find a source of fresh water.

Interesting fact: Hạ Long means "where the dragon plunged into the sea".

There are also several beaches in the bay, the most popular of which are: Tuan Chau, TipTop, and Ngoc Vung.

Linh Phuoc Pagoda

One of the most famous temples in Vietnam. The building is famous for its 37-meter bell tower and picturesque location among gardens and lakes. The bright central hall is especially impressive.

Here tourists can see wall paintings that tell the story of the Buddha's life. There is also an exhibition of precious stones, antique porcelain dishes, and exquisite furniture.

National Park of Pyrénées

A real paradise for lovers of outdoor activities and nature. Here, travelers can go for a walk to a waterfall with a calm lake at its foot. Those looking for more extreme sensations are advised to try riding elephants, horses, or even ostriches. For those who like fauna, we recommend going to a small zoo. It is home to monkeys, crocodiles, and a rare Himalayan bear.

By the way, on the hill of the attraction, there is a creepy monument of the past – a cage where executions used to be carried out. A tiger was kept here, to which prisoners condemned to death were thrown. And the emperor watched the "action".

Mu An hot springs

They are located near the city of Hue. They are famous for their mineral water containing sulfur, calcium, and sodium. According to beliefs, the reservoir heals various diseases, has an analgesic effect, strengthens the immune system, and relieves stress. It also has a positive effect on people with diseases of the musculoskeletal system and skin, and improves blood circulation and heart function.

There is a legend that the center was opened by the Vietnamese emperor. Religious rituals were often held here and members of the royal family were treated.

By the way, there are many hotels and resorts near the location.

Tomb of Khai Dinh

Located on Chau Chu Mountain near Hue. It was built in 1835-1840 during the reign of Thi Menh, the twenty-second emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty.

First, we recommend visiting the Mandarin Gate, which leads to the central courtyard. Here, tourists will find sculptures of military and court servants in the guard style. If you climb to the second level of the peak, you will see the tomb where the ruler and his wife are buried.

An interesting fact: the coffin is guarded by stone tigers.

Christ of Vung Tau Statue

It is located in Vung Tau on Ngu Hanh Mountain. The statue reaches 32 meters. It has become one of the symbols of Vietnam's religious and cultural heritage.

Nearby is a majestic church, a spiritual center for the local Christian community. Here, believers find comfort, participate in services, and pray.
