Time is running out: the new Kia model was officially shown
The new Kia Tasman SUV for the 2025 model year is an inexpensive model for practical buyers. The waiting time for the model's premiere is shrinking, so the Korean manufacturer is doing its best to pique our interest before the debut.
The long-awaited Kia Tasman pickup truck has been officially unveiled. Previously, the manufacturer demonstrated the new model, but the design has not yet been fully disclosed. Details are available on the company's website. The premiere will take place at the end of October.
The new model will go into production in Korea in 2025. A 200-horsepower diesel pickup with a four-cylinder engine will go on sale. A powerful V6 may be available later. The car will be equipped with a transmission with different driving modes, and all-wheel drive can be locked forcibly.
During testing, the car was spotted with Ford Ranger and Toyota Hilux. Thus, the Korean manufacturer has identified key rivals in the segment.
The company is also preparing a larger all-electric pickup truck on a different platform. The more expensive vehicle will appear by 2027 and will be manufactured in the United States.
