The beginning of 2025 was marked by bold beauty experiments made by stars. And, of course, the singer and actress Jennifer Lopez could not stay away from the trend and suddenly changed her nude manicure to something more expressive.
Usually, J.Lo prefers natural shades and elegant nail plate shapes. She is even called the queen of nude beauty looks. But this time, the star's nail technician Tom Bachik showed something very different from her usual restrained design on his Instagram.
Bachik's celebrity client chose long extended nails with a slightly tapered square tip. She asked us to paint them with a dark varnish with a distinctive shade of cherry-mocha.
The color supports the trend for different variants of burgundy, which began to gain momentum last fall. Now we see it everywhere – in clothes, accessories, and, of course, in manicures. This time, Bachik chose a warm color with a brown undertone for Lopez – a perfect solution for winter days. The singer's manicure looked very cozy in the photo in combination with her fluffy warm sweater.
