The match ended with a score of 1-3

PSG striker Bradley Barcola scored the fastest goal in the history of the French national team. The 22-year-old scored against Italy in the 1st round of the Nations League in Division A in the 13th second of the match.

The Italians started from the center of the field and managed to make several passes. The ball ended up in Giovanni Di Lorenzo, who was pressed by Barca. The Frenchman was able to intercept the round ball, escape from the defenders, and open the scoring with an accurate shot.

Barca made his debut for France at the 2024 European Championships but did not score a goal in the tournament. His accurate shot against Italy was his first goal in official matches.

Stats Foot has confirmed that this strike is a record for France.

It's worth noting that Barca's goal didn't bring victory. Already in the 30th minute, Federico Dimarco closed the magnificent combination of the Italians.

In the second half, Frattesi and Raspadori made the final score 3-1. This was the first away victory for the Italians over the French in 70 years. The last time the Azzurri won in France was in 1954.
