Ingredients:
- puff pastry - 300 g
- mushrooms - 500 g
- leek - 1 pc
- cream cheese - 150 g
- mozzarella - 90 g
- salt
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Chop mushrooms and onions and fry them, adding spices and cream cheese.
Mushroom filling.
2. Put the dough on a baking sheet, prick it with a fork randomly, top with the mushroom filling, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
Bake.
It is best eaten hot!
