Stuffed eggs for the New Year's table: a recipe for an appetizer from the USSR

The simplest appetizer that everyone knows how to make is stuffed eggs. You can use any product to make the filling!

The cook shared a recipe for delicious stuffed eggs with tuna and pickles on Instagram.

Ingredients:

• eggs - 6 pcs.
• canned tuna - 80 g
• pickled cucumber (pickled) - 1 pc medium
• salt
• pepper
• mayonnaise
• herbs for decoration

Method of preparation:

1. Boil eggs, cut in half, mash the yolk.

2. Add chopped cucumber, salt, pepper, mayonnaise to the yolks. Mix and fill the eggs.

3. Garnish with herbs and you're ready to eat!
