In Kyiv, on Friday, December 20, the Church of St. Nicholas was damaged by Russian rocket fire. The blast wave and shrapnel smashed the glass in the building.

This was reported by an OBOZ.UA correspondent. Fortunately, no one was injured.

Thus, as a result of the rocket fire on December 20, the Church of St. Nicholas on Antonovycha Street was damaged. According to a representative of the Roman Catholic community, the glazing was damaged. The inside of the building was not damaged. Now they are waiting for a commission from the Ministry of Culture to inspect the church.

According to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, 9 people were injured in the attack in the capital, and four of them were hospitalized. Unfortunately, there is a deceased. In the Holosiivskyi district, 630 residential buildings, 16 medical institutions, 17 schools, and 13 kindergartens are without heat as a result of the enemy attack and damage to the heating main.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, on the morning of Friday, December 20, Russia launched a combined attack on Kyiv with the use of "Kinzhal" aerial ballistic missiles and Iskander/KN-23 ballistic missiles. Unfortunately, the shelling resulted in casualties, and debris was seen falling in several districts of the city.
