Russia attacked Kyiv with "Shaheds": debris fell in Desnianskyi district

On Sunday evening, February 23, explosions were heard in Kyiv and the region. The Russian occupation army attacked again with kamikaze drones, and Ukrainian air defense worked on the Shaheds. The fall of debris was recorded in the Desnianskyi district of the capital.
The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Tymur Tkachenko, sounded the alarm at 10:35 p.m. and confirmed the air defense at 10:45 p.m. "Away from the windows!" he wrote on Telegram.
The KCMA press service also urged people to stay in shelters until the official alarm was lifted.

At 22:32, the Ukrainian Air Force reported that the UAVs were moving toward the capital from the northeast, and at 22:41 they were also spotted from the south.
Approximately half an hour later, the city military administration reported that fragments of the downed drone had fallen in an open area in the Desnianskyi district. Information about the victims was being clarified.
At 23:25, Mayor Vitalii Klychko said: "There are no casualties."
20 minutes later, explosions were heard in the capital again.

Around 00:45 on Monday, February 24, Russian UAVs flew towards the city of Brovary from the northeast.
Media reported that the debris allegedly hit an unfinished high-rise building, causing a fire (no official data on this has been released yet).
At approximately 01:30, the Air Force warned that the drone was again spotted in the Brovary area. It was approaching the city from the north.
As OBOZ.UA previously reported, on the night of February 22-23, the aggressor country also attacked Kyiv with Shaheds. On one of these calls about a downed UAV in the Darnytskyi district, law enforcement officers arrived at the scene and came under repeated fire.
