Details of the special operation by the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine: which military objects in Russia attempted to attack Ukrainian drones

On the night of December 14, the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine conducted a special operation in the Moscow and Kaluga regions. Using attack drones, the Ukrainian military targeted three Russian army facilities.

Two military units and an oil depot were attacked, as reported by Russian propagandists.

Russian media outlets have acknowledged that several military units in the Moscow region were targeted by Ukrainian drones. According to preliminary data, the UAVs attacked military facilities in Alabino and Podolsk, occupied by Russian forces.

According to the propagandists, a drone flying towards Alabino was allegedly shot down three kilometers from the settlement at 3:30 am. A short time later, the occupiers reported a "successful" air defense operation against another UAV.

In Podolsk, a Russian military unit came under attack at around 5 am. As usual, the Russians claimed to have successfully shot down all the drones.

Another target of the Ukrainian special operation was the Volodarsk oil depot in the Ramensky district of the Moscow region. It is worth noting that due to the UAV attack, the occupiers announced the evacuation of the company's employees during the night.

The 5th Guards Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces is stationed in the village of Alabino, while the 309th Central Radio Direction Finding Unit is located in Podolsk.

As a reminder, on the night of December 14, powerful explosions occurred in the Moscow and Kaluga regions of the Russian Federation. A group of attack drones targeted military facilities on the territory of the aggressor country. The nighttime attack on Russia was a special operation of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine and was a response to the occupiers putting the head of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, on the wanted list.

Earlier, it was reported that a powerful explosion occurred in Taganrog, Rostov region. Residents of the city complained that the blast wave smashed windowpanes in their houses and set off car alarms.
