Ingredients:
- Rice – 150 g
- Chicken fillet – 1 pc
- Onion – 1 pc
- Carrot – 1 pc
- Salt/pepper/spices for pilaf
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, pepper, fry in vegetable oil.

3. Put the rice on top, pour boiling water to cover the rice completely, add salt, sprinkle with pilaf spices, and cook over low heat until the liquid evaporates.
