New vinaigrette: what to add to the salad for an unusual taste

In the classic version, the dish is made from baked or boiled vegetables, namely beets, carrots, and potatoes. For a bright flavor, add sauerkraut, canned mushrooms, beans, corn, herring, anchovies, olives, and garlic to the salad.
