The liver can be used to make delicious chops, as well as juicy and hearty cutlets, warm salads, and pates. To prevent the liver from becoming bitter, it should be soaked in milk or water.

Ingredients:

  • liver 400 g
  • onion 1 pc.
  • carrot 1 pc.
  • butter
  • salt/pepper
  • oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the liver from the film and veins. Rinse well, chop, and fry over medium heat until tender.

2. Fry the onions and carrots separately. Add the oil and roast to the liver, season with salt and pepper to taste and blend.
