Light salad with meat, avocado, and herbs: a recipe for a festive table and for every day
Light salads are the best dish for a festive table, as well as for every day. They are best prepared with seasonal vegetables and herbs, adding healthy avocado and flavorful oil.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, light, and easy-to-prepare salad made from vegetables, herbs, and avocado.
Ingredients:
- Cherry tomatoes (12 pieces)
- A can of canned corn
- 1 avocado
- Greens (cilantro, green onions)
- Croutons (optional)
- Sesame seeds (toast a little in a dry frying pan)
For the sauce:
- Soy sauce
- Olive oil
- Lemon
- A teaspoon of mustard
Method of preparation:
1. Slice the boiled veal (cook for an hour/an hour and a half depending on the toughness of the meat).
2. Add chopped cherry tomatoes and a can of canned corn. One chopped ripe avocado and green onions, cilantro, and parsley.
3. Dressing: mix soy sauce + oil + lemon + a teaspoon of mustard, stir well and dress the salad.
4. Also add the sesame seeds toasted in a dry frying pan (toast them to bring out their flavor and aroma).
