Karma catches up wtih Ukrainian football player who partied in Russia during the war
Dynamo Moscow's Ukrainian defender Ivan Ordets, who is on loan from German side Bochum, suffered a serious injury in the first half of the Bundesliga matchday 9. The 31-year-old native of the Donetsk region was unable to finish the match against Mainz (2:2).
In the 34th minute, Ordets was forced to give way to Erhan Masovic due to his injury. This was his first substitution for the Ukrainian in 9 matches for the German team.
Since August 19, Ordets has spent 90 minutes on the field in all matches, giving one assist.
As OBOZ.UA previously reported, Ivan Ordets joined Dynamo Moscow from Shakhtar in 2019, signing a five-year contract. After that, the player stopped being called up to the national team.
After February 24, Ivan tacitly supported the aggressors' attack on his country. He also appeared at the end-of-season corporate party, where he had fun with his partners.
The footballer was dancing with his teammates, laughing and celebrating his 9th place in the Russian Premier League.
Ordets left the Russian club only in the fifth month of the full-scale war and moved to the German championship.
