Ingredients for pancakes

  • Chicken liver – 400 gr
  • Eggs – 3 pcs
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Flour – 4 tbsp
  • Milk – 400 ml
  • Oil – 3 tbsp

Ingredients for the filling

  • Onions – 2-3 pieces
  • Carrots – 2-3 pieces
  • Mayonnaise
  • Processed cheese – 2 pcs
  • Garlic – 3-4 cloves
  • Salt – ½ tsp

Ingredients for the decor

  • Mayonnaise
  • Walnuts
  • Dill

Method of preparation

1. Prepare the pancakes. Pulse the chicken liver in a blender.

2. Mix the eggs with salt and add the liver.

3. Add flour, milk and oil. Mix thoroughly.

4. Fry in a frying pan until golden on both sides.

5. Prepare the filling. Fry the chopped onions and carrots in a frying pan with oil.

6. Put the roast, processed cheeses, garlic, and mayonnaise in the blender bowl. Blend thoroughly.

7. Form a roll. Lay out the pancakes so that half of the second pancake fits over half of the first, and so on.

8. Spread the pancakes with the filling and wrap the roll.

9. Wrap the roll in cling film and refrigerate for several hours.

10. Roll the finished roll in a mixture of chopped greens, nuts, and mayonnaise.
