Putin said that one always wants a "movement" when one is "bored." He added that now "bullets are whizzing by the temple and it's getting scary."

"You know, when everything is calm, measured, stable, we get bored. It's stagnant! We want to move! When asked by Russians when the Kursk region would be liberated, the dictator decided not to give a direct answer. At the same time, Putin said that the Russian occupiers "will definitely drive the Armed Forces out of the Kursk region."

"We will definitely drive the Ukrainian Armed Forces out of the Kursk region, but I will not say a specific date, that's not how it works," the dictator said.
