Transformers: Beginnings

The film is directed by Josh Cooley, who previously won an Oscar for his directorial work on Toy Story 4. The American science fiction action movie Transformers: Beginnings is the eighth entry in the franchise of the same name. It premiered in Ukraine on September 19, 2024.

The animated film showed how the homeland of all the Autobots and Decepticons was formed. In this part, fans of the movie will also be able to understand the real reason for the confrontation between Optimus and Megatron. The story begins with the fact that due to the loss of the Matrix of Leadership, the planet Cybertron is slowly declining due to a lack of Energon. Because of this, bots are forced to work in mines to get a valuable resource. Among these hardworking machines are the best friends Orion Pax and D-16.

In the movie, the characters find themselves in various unpleasant situations. However, at the end of the story, the friends who had the same goals and views on the struggle for the future of their home planet begin to misunderstand each other. Overall, this is a very exciting and dynamic movie. You can safely take the whole family to the cinema to watch this movie because it will be interesting for both children and adults.

Joker: Folie à Deux

The film is a sequel to 2019 Joker. This is a crime drama and thriller that will be interesting for fans of vivid emotions. The movie stars Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn and Joaquin Phoenix as the Joker.

In this movie, Arthur Fleck (the Joker) is again forcibly committed to a psychiatric hospital after another crime. In the institution for the mentally ill, the Joker spends gray and similar days. However, everything changes the moment he meets Harley, who is also a patient in the mental hospital. They begin to spend a lot of time together, and it becomes clear that the main characters have more in common than they first thought. Their lives change dramatically after they meet, and they are ready to commit new crimes again.

In general, in this film we will observe the difficult fate of the protagonist, his road to madness, and his psychological state. Overall, his life that is filled with pain and immorality.

Hellboy: The Crooked Man

The movie is set in the 1950s. The protagonist, Hellboy, who is half-demon and half-human, works for the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense. On the instructions of his superiors, Hellboy finds himself in the mountains and discovers a village inhabited by witches. There, the protagonist also meets the Crooked Man. The villain terrorizes the locals, collects their souls and conquers them. The movie unfolds a serious battle between Hellboy and the Crooked Man.

The movie is directed by Brian Taylor and written by Mike Mignola and Christopher Golden. The film stars Jack Kesy, Jefferson White and Adeline Rudolph.

Never Let Go

The movie is a perfect option for horror fans and those who like intense stories. The main characters in the movie are a single mother and her children, but they can't cross the threshold of their home, otherwise the family will be under the threat of attack by unknown creatures waiting for them in the forest. The family must always be together because danger awaits them at every turn. However, everything changes when one of the sons disappears. Then the mother and her children are forced to leave the safety of their home to find the boy.

The movie combines thriller and horror. The film stars Halle Berry, Christin Park, Stephanie Lavigne, and Matthew Kevin Anderson. It is directed by Alexandre Aja.

Bagman

A horror movie after which you won't be able to fall asleep. The director is Colm McCarthy, who shot the film based on a script by a novice writer John Hulme. Colm's most successful works are Peaky Blinders, Sherlock and Black Mirror.

The film begins with a father and his sons, Patrick and Liam. In order to make the children obedient, the man used to tell them horrible stories. In his stories, some unknown horrible creature named Bagman comes to naughty children and hides them in a bag. The boys believed in this story so much that Patrick could even hear the monster knocking on the window almost every night. But over time, the children grew up and left home, forgetting their father's scary stories.

But later, Patrick returned to his home with his new family - his wife and son Jake. The man thought it was a good idea to live in the house where he spent his entire childhood. But over time, after arriving home, Patrick realized that it was a big mistake. After all, his old nightmares began to return. The hero is no longer sure that they were just horror stories, and he is worried not only about himself but also about his family.

The cast includes Sam Claflin, Antonia Thomas and William Hope.
