Girona's Ukrainian players became the creators of the victory in the match of the 12th round of the Spanish championship against Osasuna. The away match ended with a score of 4:2.

In the 16th minute, Girona launched a quick counterattack, which was accurately closed by Ivan Martin thanks to a pass from Artem Dovbyk.

After 9 minutes, Ante Budimir equalized, putting the hosts ahead in the second half.

In the 72nd minute, Dovbyk himself restored the balance, scoring with a headshot.

Victor Tsyhankov brought Girona the victory. The 25-year-old Ukrainian striker came on as a substitute in the 70th minute and scored the winning goal 10 minutes later. After receiving a pass from Dovbyk, Viktor scored on the second attempt.

Garcia put the final point in the match in the last minutes, scoring a crushing result.

It should be noted that this was Tsyhankov's 4th goal for Girona in 29 matches (7 assists) in all competitions. Dovbyk already has 5 goals and 3 assists in 12 games.

This victory allowed Girona to take 1st place in La Liga.
