One of the tastiest and healthiest autumn vegetables is pumpkin, which can be the basis for cereals, salads, soups, snacks, and delicious spreads, pastries, and sweets. It can also be baked with vegetables and spices.
A cook shared a recipe for a delicious baked pumpkin with spices and oil on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of pumpkin
- 1 tbsp of starch
- 4 tbsp of oil, 1/2 tsp of pepper, salt, Italian herbs and oregano each
- 1 large clove of garlic or 2 medium
- thyme - to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and dice the pumpkin. Sprinkle with starch and spices, put on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and add garlic.
2. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes with convection on (to form a crust).
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese when serving!
