What to cook with pumpkin: recipe for a delicious and healthy snack

A cook shared a recipe for a delicious baked pumpkin with spices and oil on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of pumpkin
- 1 tbsp of starch
- 4 tbsp of oil, 1/2 tsp of pepper, salt, Italian herbs and oregano each
- 1 large clove of garlic or 2 medium
- thyme - to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and dice the pumpkin. Sprinkle with starch and spices, put on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and add garlic.
2. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes with convection on (to form a crust).
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese when serving!
