An abnormal heat wave is observed throughout Ukraine, with temperatures in the south of the country already exceeding 40 degrees. However, forecasters predict a slight drop in temperature in the coming days.

At the same time, we can't count on real coolness yet. This was stated by Natalia Ptukha, a forecaster at the Ukrainian Weather Center, in an interview with Channel 24.

According to her, the heat is expected to increase even more on the weekend of July 13-14 and early next week. In most regions, thermometers will show +35...+39.

The most difficult situation will be in Odesa, Mykolaiv and Kherson regions. In these regions, the thermometer will show +41 degrees in the coming days.

Such difficult weather conditions are likely to persist until July 17. From the middle of the week, the heat will begin to subside, with temperatures dropping to +28...+34 in some areas.

However, abnormal heat will remain in the south for the time being. Moreover, in Dnipropetrovsk and Kropyvnytskyi regions, it will become even hotter - up to +39.

Starting July 16, temperatures will drop in the west and north of Ukraine, while in the south it will get colder starting July 19. Instead of the abnormal +41, the average temperature there will be +35 degrees.
