Mykhailo Mudryk scored the winning goal for Ukraine in the match against Iceland. The Chelsea winger scored at the end of the second half.

After Viktor Tsyhankov's equalized the score, the Yellow and Blues stormed the opponent's goal.

In the 67th minute, Yaremchuk had a good chance after receiving a pass from Zinchenko. Oleksandr had replaced Ruslan Malinovskyi a few minutes earlier. In the 74th minute, Mykolenko could have put Ukraine ahead, but after a masterful pass from Brazhko, he failed to realize a one-on-one.

Ukraine scored in the 84th minute. Tsyhankov failed to beat the Icelandic defender, passed the ball to Sudakov, who then send it to Mudryk, and the Chelsea midfielder successfully scored.
