Our compatriots together created a saving goal
Ukrainian football players of Girona Artem Dovbyk and Viktor Tsygankov became the creators of their club's victory in the 13th round of the Spanish championship. The Ukrainian national team players scored in an away match against Rayo Vallecano.
In the 42nd minute, losing 0:1, Tsygankov received a pass from Ivan Martin in the center circle and ran down the right flank. Having escaped from the defender, Viktor made a through pass to the 11-meter mark, where Artem got rid of the opponent's custody and sent a round ball into the net.
It should be noted that 20 minutes earlier, Dovbyk had a great chance to score a goal as well, but his ball was knocked off the goal line by the home defender.
In the 65th minute, Dovbyk and Tsygankov also took part in the winning goal. Again, Artem took a shot on goal from Viktor's pass, but the goalkeeper was able to make a save. The ball bounced to Savio, and he left the goalkeeper no chance.
After this victory, Girona continues to lead the standings.
