After the short program, the 15-year-old Kharkiv native topped the standings with 68.66 points, 5.84 points ahead of Estonia's Vladislav Churakov. In the free skating, Yehor continued to show excellent results, scoring 130.15 points despite an unfortunate landing at the beginning.
