White Lake

It is located in the Rivne region near several villages: Rudka, Bilska Volia, and Kruhle. The name comes from the large chalk deposits that lie at the bottom of the reservoir.

It is a vacation spot for families and companies not only in tourist centers but also in tents. The water temperature reaches about 7-10 °C, which is why it does not freeze even in winter. It is believed that the lake has a positive effect on skin condition and overall health. This is due to the high content of glycerin, calcium, silver, and hydrogen sulfide.

And what about the legend? According to locals, there used to be a village on the lake. In the center stood a church with many miraculous icons. Due to a severe flood, the village was flooded, and the water became healing.
