Cantacuzino Castle, Romania

Located in Budapest's Zamora district on the site of an old hunting lodge. The Cantacuzino family often stopped here on their way to Brasov.

The building was built in 1911 by the architect Grigore Cserchez. At first, it served as a summer residence, and later as a sanatorium for the Ministry of the Interior.

Tourists can see wall paintings by Venetian artists, stained-glass windows made of Murano glass, Roman mosaics, bronze fittings with ornaments, and twelve portraits of family members.

The castle became especially popular after the filming of the Netflix series Wednesday, where it was used as a filming location for the Nevermore Academy, an educational institution attended by the main character of the series.

Mount Snæfellsjökull, Iceland

Located in the Snæfellsjökull National Park at an altitude of 1446 meters above sea level. A large part of it is covered by a glacier.

The peak is considered one of the most famous in the country. It became popular thanks to Jules Verne's novel Journey to the Center of the Earth (1864). In the book, the mountain serves as an entrance to a fantastic underworld.

In addition to its literary fame, Snaefellsjökull is shrouded in beliefs and legends about aliens, although none of these claims have been scientifically confirmed.

Glenfinnan Viaduct, Scotland

Located in the Highlands region. The structure was built in 1898.

The structure consists of twelve arches and stretches for more than 380 meters.

The railway line is serviced by ScotRail passenger trains running between Glasgow Queen Street and Mallaig. The Jacobite tourist train is especially popular in summer. This route passes through the picturesque landscapes of Scotland.

The attraction can often be seen in the Harry Potter series. It served as the Hogwarts Express to the Hogwarts School of Magic.

Diocletian's Palace, Croatia

Located in the city of Split. The building was erected by the Roman emperor, who ruled from 284 to 305 AD. In 1979, it was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

The building was designed as a military camp. Its area reaches 3 hectares.

The ensemble had outer walls with towers and gates that served as a fortress. Inside were barracks, warehouses, a four-columned temple, and the mausoleum of Diocletian. Water supply was provided by an aqueduct.

Due to its unique architecture, the palace's basements became the location for filming the Game of Thrones series. In particular, they served as a dungeon for Daenerys Targaryen's dragons.

Royal Crescent, England

It is located in the city of Bath. The famous residential street was designed by architect John Wood Jr.

About 30 houses were built here. The construction lasted from 1767 to 1774. The attraction is considered a model of Georgian architecture in the UK.

Although the interior decoration of the buildings has changed over the centuries, the exterior has hardly changed. Today, the building houses a hotel, museum, offices, and residential apartments.
