Indoor amusement parks in Poland invite you to entertain your kids during the holidays, distract them from worries and get positive emotions. You can add to the experience by visiting friends and relatives or go straight to the amusement park, most of which have hotels and campsites nearby. OBOZ.UA has found out how much amusement parks for children in Poland cost and what impressions await you.

1. Mandoria City - Lodz

This fabulous city of entertainment opened its gates only 3 years ago, but has already won many fans. The park impresses at first sight, its entertainment and interior maintains the style of a Renaissance trading port city. There are pirate ships in the middle of the water, suspension bridges, colorful labyrinths, and lots of entertainment.

The rides are divided by age, so both the youngest and the most demanding teenagers will enjoy themselves, and adults will have something to do. The highlight of the park is a roller coaster that fits under the ceiling. You can spend the whole day in the park, and in addition to entertainment, you will find several delicious places with home cooking, pizza or ice cream. The Mandoria Park is equipped to meet the needs of people in wheelchairs and to provide convenient care for the baby.

Children under 85 cm do not need a ticket to visit the park. When buying tickets to Mandoria Park, remember that you have unlimited access to all attractions for the whole day.

Tickets to the park can be purchased in advance online or at the ticket office, and the ticket remains valid for three months from the date of purchase, which is quite convenient when force majeure breaks in. When buying online, the ticket price will be reduced from 10 zlotys.

2. Energylandia - between Katowice and Krakow

Most of the rides at Energylandia are open-air, but it is the largest and best-selling amusement park in Poland. It can be safely compared to Disney World, Alton Tower or Thorpe Park. The huge area is equipped with entertainment for kids, teenagers and adults. It is better to familiarize yourself with the map of Energyland in advance so as not to waste time looking for what you want. One day is definitely not enough if you want to experience everything, so it is better to make a list in advance.

The park has a water park, which can be a separate experience for half a day. The top attractions are:

  • Dragon Castle
  • Aqualantis
  • Sweet Valley
  • Roller coaster (speed up to 140 km per hour).

If you want to visit Energieland in comfort, don't choose Wednesdays, weekends or holidays. These days, the whole of Europe comes to Energyland (or so it seems).

In addition to the rides, the amusement park always has a fairy tale created by animators, show programs and themed events. A pleasant surprise when you buy a ticket will be the inclusion of the entire gastronomic scene of Energyland for free. You will have more than 50 places to have lunch or a snack between rides.

3. Zatorland (Dinosaur and Insect Park) - Zator, Katowice

Usually people come to Zator to visit Energyland. But those who appreciate peace and space, even while having fun on the rides, may prefer Zatorland. At first glance, it seems that the park is designed for children under 10-12 years old, but a walk around the large territory may surprise even the older ones.

Around the perimeter of the park there are giant dinosaurs that move and growl, giant insects add brightness, adrenaline and attract attention.

From the attractions you will see

  • Karting
  • RobalCoaster
  • a pool with boats
  • an upside-down house
  • interesting playgrounds
  • amusement park
  • mythological park on the water
  • cable cars
  • water tram cruise (surcharge of 10 zlotys)
  • paleontological workshop (surcharge 20 PLN)

It is interesting to visit Zatorland for a few days to make your vacation a relaxing one, not a chase after children with a camera. There is plenty to see, taste, and do here.

Ticket prices:

One-day, regular - 100 PLN;

Annual pass - 300 PLN;

Birthday ticket - 1 PLN.

Tickets purchased online must be exchanged for a bracelet at a vending machine at the entrance to the park.

Address: 7 Parkowa St., 32-640 Zator.

Where to stay: 300 meters from the park is the River Park Hotel, which can accommodate you under the crowns of trees in wooden houses.

Psychologists advise taking children out of the country and switching them to positive emotions. Give yourself the opportunity to recover by spending time with your loved ones without anxiety.
