Until early November 1965, the Dnipro station of the Kyiv subway was the final station. For several years before that date, unique works were underway to extend the Sviatoshynsko-Brovarska metro line to the left bank, a process we can see thanks to rare photos.
The old photos were published in the Kyiv Online community on Facebook. You can see how the metro workers worked 60 years ago.

In the published photo, you can see the work of Metrobudiv workers in 1964, a year before the station received its first passengers.
"Hydropark" is the 8th station of the Kyiv subway on the Svyatoshynsko-Brovarska line between the Dnipro and Livoberezhna stations. It is located on Venetskyi Island in the Dniprovskyi district of Kyiv. The station was opened on November 5, 1965.
