The most delicious khachapuri in a pan in just a few minutes: a simple recipe
Khachapuri is an ideal dish for a hearty and quick snack. They can be made from ready-made puff pastry, or they can also be made with kefir.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious khachapuri with two types of cheese, which are cooked in a pan.
Ingredients:
- 300 ml. kefir
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. of salt
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 10 g of baking powder
- 3 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 450 g of flour
For the filling:
- 350 g of cottage cheese (suluguni)
- 2-3 tbsp. l. cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- salt to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Pour 300 ml of kefir into a bowl, add 1 egg, salt, sugar and baking powder and 3 tablespoons of oil. Mix everything well, add 450 g of flour and knead the dough. Leave it to rest for a while.
2. Grate the suluguni cheese, add the cottage cheese, mix, add the egg, salt, mix and divide into 4 parts, from which form balls.
3. Also divide the dough into 4 parts, so we get 4 khachapuri. Next, roll out each one a little and put the cheese inside, be sure to pinch the edges carefully and roll them out again.
4. Put the flatbread on a preheated dry frying pan and fry over low heat under a closed lid for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Brush the finished khachapuri with butter!
