The Chinese have created a parody of the Tesla Semi truck - this is the most expensive model of the American company. But the big electric truck from JAC Motors will turn out to be cheaper. The car has already been caught on the photo.
The find is reported by Motor1. Electric Chinese JAC truck was shown in a photo on a trailer. The body is covered with camouflage film, so small details are not noticeable. However, the car was also shown without camouflage at all.
The novelty is not yet on sale. However, we can already see that the design of Tesla Semi is copied almost completely. JAC (the name of the Chinese truck is unknown) has a similar streamlined silhouette with a strongly sloping cab, high windshield, narrow headlights and generally smooth shapes to ensure suitable aerodynamics.
No technical details have been released. However, there is information that the JAC electric car will receive a set of advanced safety systems.
The Tesla Semi truck has not yet entered mass production. The model was announced a long time ago, but now the testing of the model is still ongoing. The timing of the market entry has been postponed several times.
The power reserve is expected to be 800 kilometers. The approximate price is 250,000 dollars. Semi will be the most expensive electric car Tesla. The new JAC will be cheaper.
