The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and healthy beetroot salad with apple, cheese, and dried cherries.
Ingredients:
- Baked or boiled beets - 2 pcs.
- Mixed salad - 180 g
- Apple - 1 pc.
- Felata cheese - 70 g
- Dried cherries - 40 g
For the dressing:
- Oil
- Wine vinegar - 30 ml
- Honey - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 2 tsp.
- Salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Bake the beets and cut into cubes.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
3. Lay out the salad mix and add the beets, sliced apple, and cheese. Pour the dressing over everything.
4. Add dried cherries or your favorite dried fruit and you're ready to eat!
