Tastier than meat patties: Scottish-style eggs with minced meat and breaded
If you're tired of the usual meatballs, then cook an original and very satisfying dish – Scottish-style stuffed eggs. All you need is boiled eggs and minced meat.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious Scottish-style eggs with minced meat and breaded breadcrumbs.
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 500 g of minced beef and pork
- parsley and green onions, 1.5 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. each of ground pepper, garlic, and paprika
- 2 tbsp. l. sauce
- breading: 1 egg, white breadcrumbs, flour
- oil for deep frying
Method of preparation:
1. Put the eggs immediately in boiling salt water and cook for exactly 5 minutes, then immediately dip them in cold water after cooking.
2. Then peel, breaded in minced meat, then in breadcrumbs and eggs.
3. Deep-fry the eggs for exactly 5 minutes. If you want to cook them in a multicooker or oven, be sure to sprinkle/brush them with oil and bake for 10 minutes at 200 C, 7-8 minutes will be enough for a multicooker.
