Ingredients:
- sweet pepper
- sausage
- tomatoe
- hard cheese
- eggs
- spices
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the sausage into small pieces and tomato into small cubes and grate the cheese. Mix the ingredients and add salt.
2. Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the center. Beat an egg into each half and top with the filling.
3. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. When the cheese is browned, cover the pepper with foil to prevent it from burning!
